We work with leaders across sectors — from listed companies and family-owned businesses to not-for-profit organisations. What matters more than sector is the seniority and the nature of the challenge. Our work suits people who are navigating complexity and want an independent, confidential space to think.

How does the initial conversation work?

We offer an initial thirty-minute call, without charge, to understand your situation and what you're looking for. There's no commitment expected from that conversation. If it seems like there's a sensible fit, we'll discuss the appropriate engagement in more detail.

Can engagements be conducted remotely?

Yes. The Standing Conversation in particular works well remotely, and many of our clients are based across Southeast Asia. Where in-person sessions are valuable — for example, during the rehearsal component of Board Preparation — we discuss logistics in advance.

Are the prices quoted in USD or Thai Baht?

Our fees are set in USD to provide consistency across the currencies of clients we work with across the region. Payment in Thai Baht (THB) can be arranged at the prevailing rate — we discuss this as part of the engagement agreement.

How is confidentiality handled?

Confidentiality is a non-negotiable part of how we work. We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement at the start of every engagement, and we do not discuss client matters — even in anonymised form — without explicit permission.

What if my situation doesn't fit one of your three engagements?

The three engagements describe how we usually structure our work, but we do occasionally take on projects that sit outside these formats. It's worth a conversation — if we can't help directly, we may be able to point you toward someone who can.
